Characteristics:MK ER50-G is copper coated gas shielded welding wire for low alloy steel with strength grade of 500MPa. Some quantity of Ti element is added in the welding wires, fine grains are achieved by the forming of tiny Ti, N nucleus. Ti addition is also good for stable arc and less spatter. Therefore excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of the weld can be obtained. This welding wire can be used in large current welding. 

Application:With CO2 gas shielded, it is widely applied to the welding of low alloy, high strength steel with strength grade of 500-550Mpa in fields such as ships, pipes, engineering machinery, containers, petroleum and chemical engineering, boiler and pressure vessel, bridge, heavy lifting and traffic equipment, power station, vehicle, high building, steel structure etc, for example X60、X65、18Nb、12～16M materials series.
